Three visits to Nick in 3 weeks and to my amazement not only did I make the start line but I ran the 26 miles, non-stop in under 4 hours, without any problems with my calf muscle..

His knowledge of anatomy was incredible. ...The pain I experienced disappeared almost instantly after I left the treatment room and has been a lot better since... Thanks Nick!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

What should I wear?

Ideally please wear a loose fitting top/t-shirt. Vest tops with slim straps would be ideal for females.

I have long hair do I need to bring any hair clips?

Yes, by having your hair clipped up initially will allow the therapist to massage your neck and shoulders.

Can I leave my make-up on?

It is not necessary to remove make-up before the treatment as the massage techniques on the face are gentle but ideally no make-up is better.
