We specialise in the management, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation pre and post surgery intervention.

        Three visits to Nick in 3 weeks and to my amazement not only did I make the start line but I ran the 26 miles, non-stop in under 4 hours, without any problems with my calf muscle..

Our aim is to return our patients to their full functional fitness, ready to take on their chosen health goals.  Using the best interventions, in the safest and fastest possible recovery time, with reduced risk of re-occurrence of injury.


We use an extensive range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to achieve optimum goals. Our treatments often include hands-on therapy such as manual therapy and electrotherapy techniques which are devised to complement each other. This may include:

  • Hip arthroscopy procedures such as labral repair, and correcting cam and pincer impingements (FAI)

  • Total / Partial Knee Replacement

  • Knee arthroscopy procedures such as meniscal repair Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) / Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) reconstructions

No matter what level you are, we have helped many individuals just like you from all walks of life to lead a fulfilling pro-active lifestyle regardless of age, and ability particularly after injury or surgery. 


We incorporate a wide-range of techniques (e.g. based on functional movement) by providing you with practical advice to help you understand how to perform at your best and how to reduce the likelihood of injury. We will then (depending on your limitations) help you get back to your pre-injury or full functional fitness level whether it is for fun, activity or sports. 


What we do?

Our unique approach enables us to identify weaknesses and movement issues that may be preventing you from getting the most out of your activity or sports. By discussing together we will identify and discuss your goals to develop a unique therapy and training program suitable for your needs. With your hard work as well, we will help motivate and guide you through every step of the way by focusing and working on improving those weaknesses and movement issues identified. 


When you are starting to perform these movement patterns more efficiently we will then introduce you to further techniques to help improve your speed and agility skills depending on your fitness, commitment schedule and level of recovery.  


We continually reassess and review each therapy and training session to ensure that you are on track and if any changes need to be made towards reaching your goals.
