He really gets to the root of the problem and has plenty of advice on how to improve things. He demonstrates any recommended exercises precisely and explains why you should be doing them. My injured knee has recovered in a very short time and I have received very useful advice about how to avoid running injuries in the future.

I went to see Nick after my knee developed a niggling injury which was stopping me from running and becoming worse even with rest.
Nick gave me loads of up-to-date information in hard copy and I really liked the fact he sent me video links for all the suggested exercises too.
On my first two visits Nick sorted out other postural problems and gave me lots of suggested exercises to do at home. On my third visit he had a student with him so I really got my money’s worth as he treated my leg with massage and the vibrating machine whilst explaining everything thoroughly.
I am currently increasing my running distance and feeling great, my leg is getting better with the strengthening exercises and I have my next session with Nick booked to keep me on track.

I am a marathon runner with 33 year's experience, the past 2 years I have suffered persistent problems with my calf muscle, preventing me from competing and seriously hindering my training. I was at an all time low when I saw Nick on the 5th September 2015, without much hope of being able to run the Chicago marathon on 12th October 2015. Three visits to Nick in 3 weeks and to my amazement not only did I make the start line but I ran the 26 miles, non-stop in under 4 hours, without any problems with my calf muscle.
