Neck Pain

Had extreme neck pain which was restricting my mobility for at least a  couple of weeks and after one appointment with Nick at the Pain Clinic I  can honestly say that the pain has reduced by 90%. Now following a  treatment exercise plan and feel confident I’ll be recovered in a week.
First meeting included a massage which helped massively. 

My only regret was not going sooner. Would recommend and superb value.

Nick's knowledge was impressive and his approach to wellness is uniquely gentle and effective on the body. I was able to utilise his therapy from a distance with his wonderful daily instructions. Grateful!

I have been suffering with neck pain for  years then last year it got so much worse, I tried a couple of chiropractors and it eased a little but then found Nick and he found the cause of the pain and fixed.
Nick has also given me stretches to do at home which are helping aswell.

First class professional treatment. Nick is extremely knowledgeable,  sending me away with appropriate exercise sheets to address my  shoulder/neck problem plus he followed through by emailing a link to  view the exercises on video. (Always good to check that you are doing  the exercises correctly). I came away after having a full back massage  feeling loads better.

I visited Nick at the no 1 pain clinic early in the year. I had been  suffering from chronic neck pain for many months. after 3 consultations  receiving hands on treatment and exercises I am now free from pain. 

I persevered with the exercises and my patience has been rewarded! I am  now being treated for hip pain and am confident with patience and  perseverance I will be free from pain in the near future.
